My name is Meadow, and I am a nutrition coach who specialises in mindful nutrition. After I worked on healing my own mind and body through a healthy and balanced lifestyle, I noticed the impact this journey had on my life, and now I am passionate about helping others do the same. I want to help my clients have a sustainable mindset change that offers self-compassion while still allowing them to achieve all of their goals.
I offer clients the option of coaching, where I can guide them individually to meet their goals. I also offer a course in basic nutrition so you can develop a better understanding of nutrition to either support your coaching sessions or to learn independently. By taking part in coaching and my online course, you will be given a solid foundation for creating change in your life.
